Notes on Product Exchanges:
Items that are not returned with an original purchase receipt will not be accepted for product exchange.
Please ensure that your return item is delivered in original packaging and includes any given accessory, user manual, warranty card, and authentication certificate.
Showmeless cannot accept returns or offer exchanges for items that are damaged, defaced, delayed, or lost in transit.
For online returns, the parcel and its contents are the responsibility of the customer until it arrives safely .
Delivery charges will be incurred on the customer’s expense.
